Converter USK835 – the universal talent!

The USK835 converter complements the USK840, which has been on the market for decades, and expands the series to include 35 kHz applications. The combination of titanium oscillating element and anodized aluminum housing gives the USK835 an unexpected level of rigidity. This means it can demonstrate its advantages wherever low weight and precise guidance are important. This applies in particular to use in hand-held welding devices and in automated welding machines in which high travel speeds must be achieved.

Ideal for robotic applications

Its low weight makes the USK835 the ideal converter when it comes to using robots in automated welding and cutting machines. As a special version, the USK835 is also available with connections for internal cooling. A special version with an SW20 hexagon on the coupling surface instead of the SW17 wrench surfaces is also available.
