Servo drive for the USA
The first special machine with double head and servo drive is exported to the USA.

Ecoline Multi-Edition servo drive
New development of a servomotorised feed unit; the technology is immediately incorporated into the Ecoline Multi-Edition premium ultrasonic press.

Hot gas welding
mth includes hot gas welding in its service catalogue; the first special systems are equipped with the process.

Relocation of the office

Metal welding process
Further development of ultrasonic components for metal welding; development of a new welding gun; planning of a production facility expansion in the course of company expansion.

Standard feed units
A newly developed feed unit for ultrasonic applications rounds off the product range and is successfully integrated into customised systems; the first hot plate welding system is manufactured.

The Ecoline family grows
The Ecoline Multi Edition is completely redesigned and equipped with new trend-setting features; the “small Ecoline 40L” is developed for smaller tasks – a price breaker.

Expansion of the sales area
Regional agencies are founded for the purpose of expansion.

Update of the Ecoline
After great market success, the Ecoline machine series receives a fundamental overhaul to meet the increased demands.

Relocation and expansion
Relocation to the new production hall with direct access to the A7 motorway; the first machines are exported abroad.

Relocation to Henstedt-Ulzburg
Relocation of the company to Henstedt-Ulzburg, foundation of the Herrde group of companies; the machining technology and assembly of special systems are spatially separated.

A special year: Market launch of the new generation of transducers/converters with increased power.

The first series of the Ecoline ultrasonic welding system is produced.

HEQ2000 control system
After 2 years of development, the HEQ2000 welding monitoring and control system is launched on the market; introduction at the Hanover Trade Fair.

The first 19″ ultrasonic generator
The first 19″ ultrasonic generator with 40kHz and 300 and 600 watts is developed by mth, it is compatible with the Herfurth systems.
